So I noticed something a little different last night. I wear an Apple Watch so it monitors my heart rate throughout the day. I noticed that my resting heart rate spiked by ten points yesterday. The last time it spiked that much was the day I ovulated. Hoping that is a good sign and I am going to be watching my resting heart rate to see if it stays up!! Still tired all day too!!

Cornflakegirl82 & miam1324 thanks for the encouragement. I’m just throwing a pitty party today, given my BFN and my temp drop. This is typical of my cycles to drop before AF and continue dropping so I’m just counting myself out. Hopefully there’s still hope. Appreciate you ladies

@LC4529 my sister does the charting and all that too and she had a 3 day temp drop and then it went back up and she got her BFP and now she is 7 months pregnant! So many different factors can effect your temp so please don't be discouraged. Like all these great ladies have said it def isnt over yet! Lots of to you

Well today is test day, I am now 2 days late and with the week I have had trying to take care of family in all honesty it got my mind off of testing constantly. I have been late before by a couple of days, but symptoms are still around, super Nauseous the last few days, sore back and extremely tender breast also ton of CM. Going to pick up a test after work. This is the first month of trying again after the 1st, so I am not holding my breath as it took us 11 months to conceive my DS.

Ovulation is I think tomorrow (did not retest after the first blinkey smiley but assume 4 days fertility)and I bd yesterday and today. So looong to wait... good luck to everyone including the June ladies!!

@cornflake I am 13-14 dpo and I am not 100% sure of my luteal phase as I have recently come off the Mirena birth control and then pill birth control. My cycle is still figuring itself out. I know I am not completely out but I am not going to hold my breath at this point.

So I just realized I may not have ovulated when I thought I did. I have only been tracking based on cm and I almost think I ovulated a few days later than I thought. If that is the case then I would only be anywhere from 10-14 dpo. I am not going to count myself out until AF shows. I noticed today that I have small bumps on my aereolas and that they are slightly darker. Makes me think I might still have a chance.

I had sex today. I'm happy.
