Bed rest during pregnancy

Just wondering if any ladies are on bed rest like I am during their pregnancy.
I am currently 24w with DS2, got placed on bed rest a few weeks ago due to a short cervix.
It's been really tough as I am a very active person, and not used to asking for help for every single thing - imagine having to get help for food, clothes, brushing my teeth etc. It's been a really eye opening experience and I have total new found respects for moms out there who have been through this.
DH is supportive but i know its worn him down.. hes sick of having to help me do every single thing and running the household. i feel so alone. my friends offer to come and visit but honestly i just want to be alone.
