Implantation bleed????

I am on cycle day 23 11dpo. This morning I went to the bathroom to urinate and when I wiped there was blood on the tissue. My heart jumped because I know it's too early for Aunt Flo's arrival. I got nervous and thoughts started racing through my mind... early menopause, irregular bleeding, or implantation bleed. Ooh how I pray it's the latter. I've had bubble guts all morning, a stuffy nose, and now this. I will patiently wait to see if the bleeding continues or if I begin to develop symptoms. Stayed tuned for part 2.
