Miscarriage

So i finally got my bfp. We were over the moon. And a week later, my symptoms started to lessen. Started getting sharp pains. Went to the bathroom to find I was bleeding. Took another hpt, and it was negative. I went on to miscarry naturally. Now my bbt is all over the place. Very erratic. And I've had 5 positive opk's in a row. No temp rise and still waiting to get a negative opk. .impatient & going crazy
