Longest cycle Ever

CD 41 - dpo unknown!
I called the FS this morning and they wanted me in for blood work. Just got a call from them saying that they can confirm I have ovulated, my progesterone level is still really high but no hcg detected. They cannot tell me when I ovulated but if my progesterone is that high then I can't possibly be 24dpo! They advised to wait another week and if still no AF then come back for another blood test!
I clearly am not 24dpo as I thought. Now I have no idea where I'm at in my cycle. Just waiting for this to end at this point
