taking it easy per doctors request

Well I met with a different doctor since mine wasn't available and I am so pleased that I did hes wonderful. He had me do blood work today fsh, thyroid, blood count, diabetes, prolactin, amh. He also doesn't want me temping or tracking and just take my prenatal and folic acid for a few cycles as well and to bd every 2-3 days since sperm is better quality on the second and third day he also wants me to start taking progesterone as soon as I get a bfp so pretty much all I will be doing since my cervix is tilted and a pain in the butt to know where exactly its at I am just going to do my saliva microscope and opk and after it turns negative wait 12-13 days and then test.
