Today is CD 5, and as I have never actually made an attempt toLlrack what's going on with my body for various reasons...maybe I should start!

This is our 4th month off BC. My last three cycles were completely irregular at 35, 37 and then 39 days. I had progesterone labs taken last cycle that resulted in 0.3 on CD21 and 7.7 on CD28, indicating that I may or may not have ovulated. I'm going with the latter.

This month I am taking Vitamin B6 as not only is it beneficial to my blood disorder (excess iron), but it's also beneficial to the baby making process. I'm drinking as much water as possible, eating far healthier than in previous months, and right now...I'm not stressing. (I also started taking St. Johns Wort, because hey...I need to let the stress fall away somehow.)

This month I'm also going to be using OPKs to pinpoint ovulation. I'll be testing in the evenings starting about a week after AF ends. Hopefully this will be the same time every evening, and I will also check CP just to record.

CD39/CD1 - Evening start after BD. Not surprised.
CD2 - Intense cramping, heavy flow.
CD3 - Intense cramping, heavy flow. BBs full.
CD4 - Mild cramping, mild flow. BBs firm and full.
CD5 - Barely noticeable cramping, light flow. BBS full.
CD6 - AF ended. BBS soft and smaller. Sinuses stuffy.
CD7 - No symptoms. Sinuses stuffy.
CD8 - No symptoms. Sinuses STILL stuffy.
CD9 - Slight headache, assumed by stuffed sinuses. OPK (-), CP low.
CD10 - Sinuses are starting to drain. No noticeable symptoms. OPK (-), CP mid, soft.
CD11 - Sinuses draining. White creamy CM. OPK (-), CP mid-high, soft.
CD12 - Sinuses draining. White sticky CM. BBS soft. OPK (-), CP high, med.
CD13 - Sinuses draining. White sticky CM. BBS soft. OPK (-), CP high.
CD14 - Sinuses draining. CM yellowish. BBS soft. Forgot to test (sleepovers are tiring).
CD15 - Sinuses draining. CM clear/yellowish. BBS becoming more full. Starting to break out. Got a little teary watching Jeopardy (so sad, so...so sad). OPK darker than normal, not quite (+).
CD16 - Sinuses draining. CM clear/yellowish. Very irritable. Definite breakouts. OPK (-), CP med/high.
CD17 - Sinuses draining. CM clear and sticky. Overwhelmed feeling, irritable. Big pimple the size of McKinley on my forehead. OPK (-). Slight cramps in left ovary.
CD18 - Sinuses almost completely done, still coughing up phlegm. CM sticky. Irritable mood lessening. OPK (-), CP med/low, slight cramps in right ovary.
CD19 - Sinuses clear, still coughing phlegm. CM sticky. No real symptoms. OPK (-), CP med/low, slight cramps in left ovary.
CD20-22 - NO CARES. WEEKEND VACATION! Only noticeable was cramping in left ovary.
CD23 - CM turning watery and tinged yellow/cream. BBS becoming more full. Face is clear. Pulling in left ovary. OPK (-), CP med.
CD24 - CM stretchy. Sharp pulling in left ovary. Did not test with OPK. Did not check CP. (Picked up Hubs from the airport!)
CD25 - CM thin and stretchy. Still have cramping/pulling in left ovary. OPK (-), and at this point I'm just getting frustrated and trying not to. Didn't check CP again, but during BD it felt pretty sensitive. Trying to stay positive.
CD26 - If we're honest - I'm not even paying attention to anything anymore. OPK (-)
CD27 - OPK (-)
CD28 - OPK (-)
CD29 - OPK (-) Starting to feel the effects of PMS. Irritable, very easily annoyed, breakouts.
CD30 - Slight headache, slight cramps. HCG (-) w/ FMU. OPK slightly darker, (-). Irritable, breakouts, slight tender BBS. Very weepy.
CD31 - HCG (-) w/ FMU. Irritable, weepy, BBS tender. Breakouts ALL OVER. The F?! OPK more than faint line.
CD32 - HCG (-) w/ FMU. Weepy. BBS slightly tender. Breakouts on back of neck, upper back. Intermittent cramps. OPK still more than faint line. Sharp stabbing pain in left side.
CD33 - HCG (-) w/ FMU. Alert. Fairly energized. Cramps on and off. Expecting AF soon.
CD34 - HCG (-) w/ FMU. Cramps all morning. AF started at 4pm.
