Another no af day

Another day has come and almost gone. No af today, but also a negative hpt. ( not fmu or smu, more like midday no hold urine) Still I am plagued with some very mild cramping, slightly sore boobs, increased discharge and what I think is more frequent urination. Today is CD 40 which is very unusual for me. I honestly don't think I'm pregnant,I just think there is something else wrong with me. I plan to purchase fertilaid for DH and myself but I need af to come first. If I am becoming irregular, that is supposed to help. I wish I knew someone who has been here before, someone who can tell me what to expect.
