A new start and adventure

So it was rather hard yesterday - had truly hoped that I'd be calling in to have blood work done tomorrow. But "George" came to visit first thing in the morning. Now we start the process for IUI. Because of the LEEPS that was done in my mid-twenties - it might be making it harder for Steve's little swimmers to get to their goal. Chemically and for the most part physically it appears that everything it working as it should.

So now I'm deciding to write things a bit more to try and get thoughts out of my head as I prepare for the next steps in the process for TTC our first. I am 36 that adds a scary factor to it. Due to health issues - I will be high risk through 2nd trimester for miscarriage - another scary factor component. My brain wants to plan for the future. Where typically that is a good thing to do - it can cause issues during this process.

So here is day one - I start teh Fermera tomorrow morning and go in for my 1st ultrasound to see how I am responding on the 12th.. with possible insemination happening as soon as the 13th.

Please God - grant me patience, peace of mind and flexiblity in the weeks to come.
