Pregnant at 5 months post partum?

II had my son at the end of May and have been not actively "trying" but not preventing either. He is breastfed but we do supplement with formula and he eats some food. I haven't had a period yet. I took this test yesterday, not sure if there's a faint positive or if I'm crazy.

The new past week I've been feeling crappier and crappier. Hot flashes, back pain, nausea, headaches. I realize that most people would have a Bfp is the hormones we high enough to cause those symptoms but last time my body did not deal well with hormones so I think I'm super sensitive.
