Does anyone else get Montgomery's Tubercles before their period every month?

I found that the last few months before my period, I get these goosebumps looking things on my aerolas. I found they are Montgomery's Tubercles and I thought I was pregnant the first time noticing them. Now I realize I get them every month before my period. Does anyone else experience this as well?
