80% sure I just had implantation bleeding!!!??

So I literally just did a happy dance. Cloud nine. I probably shouldn't be getting this excited. But I'm pretty sure I've just had implantatipn bleeding!!! Earlier, maybe just two or three hours ago I felt twingies and for about half a second I felt a pain that felt like a period cramp but it wasn't as intense and they normally are. I am 5-6dpo. I had surges on both the 7th and 8th! So this would be the perfect time frame. Anyhow, I'll explain a little more (sorry if TMI!) But I went to the bathroom and when I wiped, I was shocked. Like, woah?? Is that.. slightly pink on my paper? Wipe again.. ok I think I'm DEFINITELY seeing pink. So I washed my hands and check my cervix and to my surprise, just a tiny streak of blood was on my finger! I've never had any random crampies like that, and I never ever have EVER spotted inbetween periods, at least as far as I am aware! Could this be ladies?! Really trying not to get my hopes up too high there, but it's hard.
