Is it possible to have early symptoms nearly 8dpo

This is my first time ovulating after a miscarriage in September.I have been feeling so tired and exaughsted lately I can't get enough sleep. I have darkish veins in my bobs more than normal also feeling very sick often.

Thanks hun..doesn't feel like it could be true lol so thought I'd ask to see what others thought these symptoms feel very similar to my last pregnancy!x
