What are my chances?

I am 13 dpo and 2-3 days late for AF. This is my first cycle off Bcp. Main symptom is extreme exhaustion but not much else. I tested at 10 dpo but it was negative. Waiting till tomorrow to test again as I had resigned myself to the fact AF was coming...then she didnt!
Anyone have a similar experience? Feeling a bit alone as I can't talk to anyone about it!
