12 week scan today - is it normal to be this nervous?!

Hi ladies I have my 12 week scan this evening, we paid for a private one as the one at the hospital isn't for another two weeks! However I feel so nervous they are going to tell me something is wrong or the baby stopped developing, is this normal to feel this way? I had slight bleeding at 8 and 9 weeks so think this is where my fears come from and apart from sore boobs and the odd sick day, my stomach doesn't feel
Any different :/ praying that my little one is ok in there !
