Disappearing symptoms at 4 weeks

I am 4 weeks and 3 days (very early days I know!) and have noticed symptoms such as sore breasts, nausea and tiredness have slowly disappeared over last couple of days... Is this a bad sign??

I've never been pregnant but maybe your body is adjusting to the hormonal changes quickly. . . or this could be the "quiet" before the storm. Regardless, I wish you well.

That's what I'm hoping! Just natural to worry I guess as it's my first. Thanks for your reply I wish you good luck in your journey :)

Have you had any heavy cramping and/or bleeding?

I wish you all the best of luck!

Symptoms still come and go but had no bleeding. Did have a few mild cramps couple of weeks ago but apparently that's normal! Got a scan at 8 weeks so hope all will be ok
