Only ur November chart. Make sure u save after ticking the chart u want to make viewable.

thanks dakotagurrl i didnt even realize i needed to do that i got it fixed now what do u think im getting upset my temp went really low again today i looked up erractic lutel phase temps and it popped up a bunch of stuff about progesterone defienciency so i started using progesterone cream this morning i was really thinkin this was my cycle i started taking vitex and maca this cycle and i hope this aint from that and i also only have one tube so it could just be what happens when i ovulate on that side but all my ovulation pain was on the side i still have my tube on plus last month it was all on the side that my tube isn't on im so cunfused

WoW! Thats a rocky chart!! R u temping same time everyday? Not getting up or anything, mouth not open when sleeping? That jump is really big, 19, 20 and 22 are ones I would consider ditching, they arent helping ur chart and with the size of dips and where temps seem to sit, they dont fit at all. Idk that I'd be worrying about progesterone just yet...the way the chart looks, its hard to even confirm O...and u definitely dont wanna be adding P4 to a body that has potentially not O'd yet. Being on vitex for the first time can really mess things up, its not something that works for everyone and could def delay O and mess up temps. If that were my chart, I wouldnt call O yet...if u remove ur +opk, ur O date will most likely be removed as well, its a pretty basic charting system on here.
Dont worry about O'ing on the side w/o a tube, eggs can migrate.

thanks i wont do the progesterone anymore then and yea i felt a little wierd on 19 &20 but then felt great on 21 but then 22 went back up and i felt ok some night sweats and hot flashes thru the day but ok i just thought i ovulated cause my temp has a big spike like that normally when i o i also use ff and its not marked anything yet but you can see my last months chart their at www.fertilityfriend.com/home/55aa2c if you wanna take a look.. i vaginally temp same time everyday b4 moving sometimes i wake up but i dont move and go back to sleep..thank for all your help let me know if you look at it and compare the two what ya think

Ur Nov chart on FF seems wrong, I think O was the day after it's marked, that lines up nicer with opk, cm and cp...that gives u a 13 day LP, why would u think u need progesterone? Thats a great luteal length! I would def keep bd'ing, even every other day if need be...looking at ur chart, u've gotta be friggin' exhausted by now. My vag hurts for u! Lol! =))
Its weird that vag temps are doing that tho, I usually suggest vag if oral fails lol, maybe u need the other way around :/

my nov chart was oral and i switched cause i thought it was supposed to be better and yea were getting pretty tired lol .. i just got the progesterone like a just in case thing cause im so worried about every thing and yea i agree that ff messed up and it shoulda been the mext day i wonder why it did that? this stuff is super stressful ..im pretty sure i have horomone problems cause i can actually feel them at certain times of the month and nobody can stand to be around me i turn into a horrible person and as soon as i start feeling better it starts again ..plus i am exhausted at all times and normally i have horrible periods, after o i cant sleep ect i could go on for two pages im still achy around my uterus so maybe ill o soon, im sure tired of this cycle me and hubby thought for sure we had a break,when i told him i prob hadn't o'ed yet he was like really omg will u ever ? i keep telling him ill know tomorrow lol thanks for talking to me about this my man dont understand what imsayi
