Strange symptom... Please help.

My last period was 19th October, which lasted five days but had on/off spotting on the 24th, 26th only when I wiped. (Never had that before)
On my baby making app it says I would ovulate on the 2nd November, I had sex 1st and the 9th so not much this month. I've had backache which has now gone, ovary twinges/period pain on and off for the last week. Today I've woken up with a sore throat, metal taste in mouth & headache, feel warm. Could I be pregnant, what were your symptoms? Sorry for all the questions, I'm new to all this? Lol
