hyper ovulated?
Due to previous ectopic (had left tube removed) I saw seen for an early scan today, during the scan they said they thought they could see the start of a very early pregnancy in the right place! :) possibly 4 weeks 6 days, any way they were checking my ovaries etc and said that I have a corpus luteum of my left ovary, I know what a corpus luteum is but I queried how I could have ovulated and conceived from that side without a tube, the consultant said apparently they egg can travel to the other tube (nature is strange) anyway while checking the other side they said I also have a corpus luteum on the right ovary, so I know i hyper ovulated but does this indicate twins? i know that if the egg is not fertalized then it dissolves and that happens within 14 days of ovulating so I am well past that.

Our bodies are capable of amazing things. Look into "pouch of douglas" if you want to learn more about how eggs can travel. I too only have one fallopian tube and I normally only ovulate on the side without a tube. It happens! Each month our bodies gear up to ovulate normally on one side. Did the doctor say that the other cyst is a corpus luteum cyst? Ordinarily there is just one but there may be another ordinary cyst hanging around. I would think that it's just a singleton pregnancy and you just had one of those rare occurrences where the body releases more than one egg in a cycle.
