Help!!! 18dpo tested negative at 16 dpo but I have very normal cycles every month 30days

Hey ladies any advice appreciated!!! So im almost 5 days late I tested 14 &16dpo bfn but my af is never tardy but she hasn't came I thought she was here this morning I wiped and saw a little blood so I put a tampy in tmi I know but when I went to change it there was no blood on it at all!!! So tonight we bd just for fun of course I cant O this late but I figured it would help af come but still nothing except a little pressure once we were done whats wrong with me I feel like mothe nature is playing a cruel joke I had sore breast nausea and vomiting and still have a higher temp then normal but bfn??? And whats with the fake af showing up for a couple seconds has any one experiencd something like this whats it mean can I still be pregnant and get a bfn helllp?
