How long doees it take to have AF after implant removal

I got my nexplanon taken out jan AF in early Feb really light only 2 days long now nothing I'm not prego blood work confirmed and every thing is healthy but I'm not ovulating I get family faces on clear blue every weak but I never ovulate ( assuming since I'm not prego and not having AF) so when should I begin to worry I'm 5 weeks late. I was regular on and before implant 3 day AF every 29 days help
