Hi there, 10dpo , all this days i had some symptoms now its all gone, should i be worried, ?

now only back ache not even able sit stable for a while,
creamy white discharge and dull mild ache in lower abdomen. ??
AF due between 2 jun to 6 jun.

please tell if all signs are good?
