8dpo.can one experience pregnancy symptoms

Please help.me. I have irregular periods and thyroid issues. its almost 6 to 8 dpo. past 1 week I have been experiencing lot of odd and new symptoms.
1. Abdominl cramping which I get only 2 day of my periods
2.Diarrhoea
3.Sore throat , stuffy nose and feverish and cough . extermely tired
4.rare feeling since 2 days like I am going to throw up.
5.lots of cm secretion
6.body ache
7. dizzy for few seconds

ME AND MY HUBBY ARE TTC FROM THIS MONTH. ANY ADVICE FROM YOU ALL WILL BE DEEPLY APPRECIATED.

HIGHLY CONFUSED SHUD I TAKE A HPT.OR BLOOD TEST . IF SO WHEN
