Can fever cause issues with two week wait?

I am 8dpo. I've been having some horrible bloating and gas from eating broccoli two days ago. (My mother also has problems digesting anything like that.) Today I began having backache and feeling tired and slightly feverish. I took my temperature twice and it read 100.3 and 100.4. Will this lower my chances of getting pregnant this cycle?
