4 Days late on a regular 28 day cycle but BFN, any hope?

Hi Ladies,
DH & I have been ttc for 16 cycles now and are longing for a bfp! I'm currently 18 dpo with no sign of AF and no PMS either!
I tested with ic on 12dpo and we both saw a faint line but definitely a line. So immediately ran out, got FRER but bfn :(
AF was due on 14 dpo, no sign, so tested again yesterday 17dpo but bfn again.
What do you think, have we any hope?
I'd love some advice. Thank you so much.
