Question

Can ovulation tests detect pregnancy?

Hi everyone, advice needed. My first day of my last cycle was the 25/10 I'm normally 27-28 cycle. I'm not due to start ovulating 09/11 but today we've got a strong positive on multiple ovulation tests. Does this mean my cycle is shorter and I need to try in 24/48 hrs or could I be pregnant? All hcg tests are negative but I have symptoms of pregnancy, sore breasts, mood swings, light cramping. I had my period but it was light and pink rather than dark and red and only lasted 4 days. Any advice welcome TIA
