Instant dark positive and hectic symptoms!!!???

ok so I would have concieved two weeks ago (so doctors would consider me a month along)
I have been so tired...sleeping during the day
Peeing ALOT!! Woke up 4 times last night and pee every 2hours (roughly).
headaches hot hot feet at night and loose stools I seem to do little bms all day long haha tmi
emdema in legs if im standing for too long
foggy head
My boobs are really swollen and nipples are huge
Cramping on and off and nausea and hunger
Craving lemons and tabasco sauce and water like mad
When I peed on the stick (day my period was due)
I hadnt even peed on it for 5 seconds and it came up dark lines instantly...
Would I be further along than I thought?? Twins? (Hope not) I just read most people dont get symptoms till 6 weeks.... im going to the doctor this weekend but just thought id see if anyone else has had this and what the reason for it all is.
