So confused could I be or not just need to know...advice or opinions would be so helpful right now

I had my af come 5 days early was alot lighter than normal it was on the 3rd of Jan...since jst after that I have had really sore boobs and nipples...i aslo have blue veins coming up and they seem to b getting hard...im peeing alot more then normal like 2 times an hour...im always tired even after a good night sleep iv had a few faint positives and negatives and a neg blood test but still have all the symptoms..could someone shed some light as to wat id going on please has anyone had the same and found out later they R indeed expecting x
