Could I have a healthy pregnancy??

I had a nova sure procedure April of 2012. I didn't have a lot of cramping after the procedure and I have had a period every month since. My periods before the procedure were extremely heavy, enough to make me anemic every month. Since the procedure they are on time for 6 days and medium to heavy bleeding.

I am wondering if it is possible to become pregnant with my situation and could it be a healthy pregnancy? I am 2 days late.
