i went to them when i was having my first it gets you meeting other mums and dads to be it was fun and i had a laugh but it would not prepare you for whats to come they say labour is painful yes it is times it 1000 then you have the pain but just work with your body let it tell you and relax i did it on just gas and air but each to there own good luck
