How does exercise affect BBT?

Hi all,

I've been looking around the web for the answer to this question without much of a definitive answer. Last weekend, I did some pretty vigorous exercise at the gym and the two days after I got a big temperature jump (cd2 and cd3). It could be just a coincidence, but has anyone else noticed an odd temperature spike the morning after you exercised?
