What do you think

I can't go get a test until tomorrow when I go with my mom to her drs appt.
last period on july 30th
AF was due today nothing
Had spotting on 13th - 14th of aug
went to er on the 17th HCG negative 1.
Told me it may have been to early and to test again if my period doesn't show.
No sign of her today, just a bunch of white cm semi stretchy kind of creamy
Had a huge glob of ewcm/white cm three days ago

No period no cm no cramps.
