DE IVF = next step. Much higher success rates, but so used to things not working, it's hard to feel too hopeful. Wishing others an easier time. 
If you post your bbt chart, we can have a better idea to help see if you have ovulated. It's very possible. I had delayed ovulation, I didn't ovulate until cd 31 and I got my bfp on cd 41. I don't trust opks, as you can miss the surge by not testing during the right time frame. I only trust bbt when it comes to telling if I've ovulated. Have you had any Ewcm?
