Ttc after mirena removal. No period. Can i ovulate? Cervical pain?

I got my mirena removed after nearly 4 years on June 21st. Had dark brown spotting 3 days after removal. No period since June 2010. Had pink spotting one time about a week and a half ago. 2 bfn 2/1 week(s) ago. I have been having non menstrual type cramping in my lower abdomen. Feels like a bruise on the outside. Intercourse is painful sometimes. I had one bout of creamy white discharge with no smell. It was after intercourse. I know it wasn't semen. Is it possible that is a pregnancy symptom? I don't remember this with my first. But i know every woman and pregnancy can be different. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Much love and baby dust.
