what is the best prenatal multivitamin to take while ttc?

I need to start taking a prenatal multivitamin while ttc, but the thing is; I dont know what type or brand. I want a natural multivitamin....(Im a nursing assistant and I know that you have to take these if you want the best for your babys growth before you get pregnant.)

I'm not sure if you have a holistic shop in or around your town but that is the way I go. With my first son, now 7, they gave me a wonderful vitamin. I also had to be on extra iron and they helped with that also. Baby Dust :)

Just make sure it has at least 800 of folic acid and preferably 1000. It probably couldn't hurt to have some B6 in there, too. And maybe iron and DHA as well.
