Very confused about pregnancy symptoms.

Here is my question. As of today I am 7 DPO. On 5 DPO I had significant cramping for about 5 mins straight. That is also the day I started getting sore nipples and breasts which have only gotten worse. Now my nipples are... ahem.... more prominent however only slightly darker. Also that day or the next I got A LOT of CM that was thick yet watery, but now my CM is wet and lotion like but it is far less. I am tired more and slightly more moody. However, I read that the cervix position should be high and soft, but mine is low and hard... what gives? I also have experienced no spotting. Are the symptoms that I do have caused by progesterone or could this be our month? Thanks.
