Period with quick sharp pains

I really need answers. I had an IUI on 3/16/12 . Was on clomid 5-9. Last night (15 dpo) I got quick sharp pains , light spotting with brown discharge. Then a half hour later had very heavy bleeding (period). Today still have heavy bleeding . I know is my period , I'm worried about the sharp pains. Please help . Any answers will do.

It's due to the Clomid. My first round on Clomid my cramps and pains were HORRIBLE!!! I'm not a fan of Clomid.

Thank you. I was thinking the same thing. I'm freaking out cuz my doctor hasn't called me back yet. I hated the Clomid. I'm waiting for blood work also. Hoping to use Fermara for my 2nd cycle.
