Urgency to PEE starting right after ovulation and still going at 13 dpo!!!??

Wondering if this is a symptom... just a couple days after ovulation I began to have to pee like crazy! It gets worse at night time. I will feel like i'm about to pee my pants and then I barely go at all! I was tested for a UTI and I didn't have one. I'm now 13 dpo and it isn't getting any better....
