10DPO sharp pain in side...!!

Hello
I am 10DPO and CD29 I woke up last night with AF like pains which went after ten minutes then had the pains a little while ago but since then I keep getting a very sharp twinge in my lower left side.

Any one else had this and got a BFP I am thinking its the dreaded AF.
