Yesterday i went to the bathroom and found a 3 inches strand on thick clear cm. Can i be ovulating?

My cycle is usually 35 days long, but i stopped breastfeeding a month ago so my cycles may be starting to go back to their 28 day length because I didn't think i was due to start ovulating until Sept. 3rd but I had watery stretchy discharge on my cycle day 12 and I am cycle day 15 today on August 30th but seeing all that clear thick CM has made me wonder if I may have either ovulated already, was ovulating yesterday (had neg opk), or how long til I will be ovulating?

It would be good if you charted your BBT and/or used OPKs to match with your CM signs. Stretchy eggwhite like CM means your body is trying to ovulate. But some women get that more than once per cycle so it's not a guarantee.
