Got some positive opks 3 or 4 days ago then went negative. Had some symptoms of ovulation and tested this morning and got this. Not sure what to think now?

If there was any doubt here goes another opk which I just took line showed in less then 30 seconds line so dark there was hardly any dye left for the control line super O lol my first pos was cd 17 Fri today is sunday when will O also peak on digital opk Friday as well do i continue bd?

Finally got my positive ovulation test and my first peak on the clearblue advanced ovulation digital test on cd 17 after what it seem like forever 10 days of high fertility looks like the metformin is working so happy
