in this case, can I say that I have O-ed on CD12?

OPK test taken at CD8. Back of test says that if test line is faint that it is negative... Is this true? This looks like a faint positive to me.. like I'm close to ovulation. Help?!??!

Top one is late yesterday bottom is today. The line from yesterday kind of faded away but it seemed close to positive yesterday and today it isn't even close. Did I miss my surge or what?!? BD happened this morning but worried it was too late.
