This is a week of ovulation tests they didn't get darker or lighter. The top test is from this morning. I'm unsure what to think, any comments would be appreciated.

Updatei have heard that ovulation tests can pick up a pregnancy is this true

The bottom image is today's OPK and the top image is yesterdays. Am I already on my way to a surge? I typically ovulate on day 18, it's day 11 right now.
