I feel like I’m overthinking it
I don’t know my temperature hasn’t gone up I started checking my temperature after ovulation so I’m not sure the first time using strips and checking temperature I don’t know what to think ..(Side note I have pcos and used clomid this cycle)

I use a tempdrop bbt thermometer. You wear it on your arm in an armband, or you can tuck it into your bra under your arm (which is what I do) and it takes all the work out of getting an accurate bbt throughout your cycle. ????

It’s hard to tell as u have no pre ovulation temps, that’s the only way to really see a rise, mines risen but not as much as I’d like but I got a cover line which helps u see the temp shift x
