13dp5dt - my dilemma.. My tests started out faint and seemed to get fainter. Yesterday my beta came back at 25 which is so low and indicates a chemical or non viable pregnancy. But my tests seem to be getting darker now. So confused. I’ve had many chemicals and just want to hang on to hope

Unfortunately, I've had chemicals that got darker but my hcg was only like 40. The more time even a small amount of hcg is in your body in it, the more readily it is concentrated in your urine. I hope things go differently and that your next beta shows 50 or more. That would be seriously cool.

Thank you. A chemical is an early miscarriage. It happens b/c the embryo implants and develops enough to produce hcg but early in the process the implantation fails. You get + tests early that drop off to -. Most women don't even know they've had one but when you do IVF and test early you catch them

Sorry momma, hugs to you ???? just for my own education, I’ve not had a chemical and I’m not totally sure how I’d know ? Can you explain it to me?
