Yesterday's scan at 6w 3d we saw only yolk sac I m so upset please tell me did this happened to anyone and saw heartbeat later? My hcg levels was yesterday 22.572 was the46th day...
UpdateI know exactly I ovulate at cd 14 have I any hope??

Thank you for your answer I live in Greece and here we can do ultrasounds when we decided and wanted...but because I know my ovulation day and yesterday was 32 days after my ovulation I read that must saw a heartbeat and embryo but nothing only a yolk sac next scan Monday ..We will see

That's very early for an ultrasound. I'm not sure where you live but usually they do not do ultrasounds until much later just for this very reason. There isn't much to see when it's so early like that. When i was pregnant with my daughter my doctor didn't give me an ultrasound until i was 10 weeks.
