Please help.I have had BFP for the past week and I am 20 dpo.I went to the bathroom and when I wiped I had light pink spotting.I checked slightly inside and I got more.I have been on my feet all weekend due to moving and moved my daughters bed which is pretty heavy.Could that cause this?

I know some spotting is normal as long as it's not accompanied by cramping or clotting. I would definitely call the Dr to be sure tho. Good luck.
