Mine looks just like this and I’m 5 weeks 3 days and confirmed there’s only 1 ????

could be but mine looked like this at 20dpo and at 16dpo my beta hcg was only 500. So I would guess at 20 I was around 2000 which is low for twins. frer are really sensitive.
