I'm 12 dpo. Normally spotting starts at 10 dpo for me. I've had weird cramps for 8 days, sore & swollen boobs, really hot. I really thought I felt pregnant, but I've got nothing but bfns and now this. This is probably the start of AF, but it's so light. I hate trying to be hopeful. :'(

Thanks again so much for the info! I will definitely try these methods. I haven't had any other "spotting" or anything, so I'm hoping somehow I'm lucky. But since I doubt that is the case, I'll start looking into getting these products. :)

I took the soy on days cd2-6 200mg (100mg of soy equals 50mg of clomid) tribulus I took 1000mg from day cd5 to cd12.

I forgot to also say, congrats on your pregnancy! <3

If you don't mind my asking, you use the soy from cd 2- cd 6? Or 2 dpo to 3 dpo? Also... How much do you take? When do you use the tribulus? Thanks for the info!!

Wow! I never heard of using soy isoflavones as natural clomid. I don't even know what they are. Lol I've heard of tribulus, but I don't really know what it is. I've only vaguely heard of FSH... It's follicle stimulating hormone right? Anyway I guess I'll have to do more research!

FSH stimluates your ovaries. I got pregnant that cycle and I'm nearing my 8th week. I also use the natural progesterone cream from 3dpo(wait for the temp rise to confirm ovulation)

I don't have pics but I have super long cycles. I looked up soy isoflavones as a natural clomid. I have used it for 3 cycles. It made all 3 cycles shorter(meaning I ovulated between cd14-16) my last cycle I upped the soy and change the days from 3-7 to 2-6. I also used tribulus which mimics FSH

Thanks for the idea. I have PCOS, so it's not easy to get pregnant. :/ I already have one baby, but we've been trying for baby #2 already for 2+ years. I've tried clomid and femara. Femara worked the first time, but nothing this time. :(

You can also look into natural progesterone cream for your luteal phase to lengthen. But if you do use it you'll have to continue to use it until your 12th week of pregnant of you get pregnant. If you get a bfn on 14dpo you discontinue to allow your period to come.

If you spot that early then you can be suffering from a luteal phase defect. Which can be proventing you from becoming pregnant bc the lining in your uterus is prematurely shedding. You can lengthen your luteal phase by taking vitex, or using b6 and b12 vitamins.
