Walmart cheapie. Picture at EXACTLY five minutes so NOT EVAP. What is the line at the VERY bottom? It’s not in normal + spot. Dye run? Positive?

There not always in the same spot, it's positive. Mine was negative until 5 minutes and very positive by 15 minutes with that test
